How You Win
Two ways into the race.
Vote — free entry.
Cast your ballot for the car you'd want to win by December 15 and your practice gets one free entry into the contest — no purchase necessary.
Earn — every $500 = 1 ticket.
Starting November 1, 2026, every $500 you spend with Maverick — lab cases, burs, it all counts — earns a ticket, up to 20 tickets per month. Keep earning through October 31, 2027.
You don't need the most tickets to win. But every ticket is another chance — and every case gets you closer.

No. Your vote is a free entry, and that’s all you need to win — additional entries can be earned with Maverick Lab or Maverick Burs purchases.
How do I earn additional entries?
Earn one ticket (up to 20 tickets per month) for every $500 spent with Maverick Dental Lab or Maverick Burs from November 1, 2026 – October 31, 2027.
What does voting get me?
Your vote counts as a free entry, and it’s your chance to help decide which car we give away.
What’s the prize?
The car with the most votes is revealed on January 1, 2027 and that’s the car one lucky doctor will drive home!
Can more than one doctor at my practice vote?
Yes. Each doctor gets one vote.
When is the winner chosen?
The winner will be drawn and announced in November 2027.
How do I know how many tickets I’ve earned?
Your monthly statement from Maverick shows your ticket total.
